Sounds dumb, Works perfect
So i only i have the free version, which allows me to block 1 app only.
I don’t have TikTok on my home page, but i do instagram, and because instagram is also used for texting and posting on my buisness account i would end up scrolling for hours through dumb reels.
Through this app i have reduced my daily use of instagram from 2-3 hours a day to now only 20 minutes.
I am so grateful for the devs of this app, great work. 10/10 would recommend and i have to my friends already.
