Orbis IoT es la plataforma de ORBIS para la configuración, monitorización y gestión de dispositivos inteligentes. Desde una única aplicación podrás conectar, configurar y controlar diferentes equipos de la gama ORBIS, tanto de forma local mediante Bluetooth como de forma remota cuando el dispositivo disponga de conectividad.
La aplicación es compatible con cargadores inteligentes VIARIS, programadores horarios Astro Nova City+ y Datalog+, incorporando nuevas funcionalidades de forma continua para ampliar el ecosistema de productos compatibles.

Registra y administra todos tus dispositivos ORBIS desde una única aplicación, organizándolos y accediendo rápidamente a su configuración y estado.
Control local y remoto
Conéctate a tus dispositivos mediante Bluetooth o de forma remota, según el modelo, para consultar información, modificar la configuración y ejecutar acciones en tiempo real.
Configuración avanzada
Configura horarios, periodos especiales, canales, zonas horarias, ajustes de funcionamiento y otros parámetros específicos de cada dispositivo desde una interfaz sencilla e intuitiva.
Actualización de firmware
Mantén tus dispositivos siempre actualizados realizando actualizaciones de firmware directamente desde la aplicación en los modelos compatibles.
Monitorización y analíticas
Consulta el estado de tus dispositivos y visualiza gráficos de consumo, históricos y estadísticas para comprender mejor su funcionamiento y optimizar el uso de la energía.
Gestión de cargadores VIARIS
Controla de forma remota tus cargadores VIARIS, consulta el estado de carga, configura la potencia disponible, gestiona la carga solar, los perfiles OCPP y otras funciones avanzadas según el modelo instalado.
Programadores horarios
Programa fácilmente dispositivos Astro Nova City+ y Datalog+, gestionando programas horarios, periodos de vacaciones, temporadas de verano e invierno, zonas geográficas y canales de salida.

Recibe información sobre el estado de tus dispositivos y mantente informado de incidencias, eventos y actualizaciones importantes.

I now unfortunately have 3 units of Orbis Viaris chargers. They often freeze, and Orbis do NOTHING despite closing the support ticket, 10 seconds after it is created, with the argument that problem is solved, and it is NOT. Orbis always transfer support issues to their local distributor, but besides from a hardworking sales guy Daniel, they dont give a damn about you. They keep blaming the router, WIFI network, LAN cable, the setup etc. but the fact is, that after a boot, it work fine for a month or two, so it has nothing to do with the setup, that is freezes. The price of a used charger, is 20% of the new price, and most of them is brand new. So the second you buy the unit, you have lost 80% of your investment.

But recently I have problems with the function to set a specific time for it to charge the car. So it won’t accept that I try to plan a time that starts at 01:00-09:00 - but it will accept from 10:00. Existing planned projects can be turned on and off as I wish and work well, but I cannot create a new time-plan, which is quite frustrating.
