Super for long distance and customer support is great!

We love the paired app. There is a huge variety of themes (on the premium version - you only pay ONE subscription for two people). But even if you start with the free version, great questions/quizzes will come up.
For long distance this is great. Especially during the “everyday” where conversations can become quite similar over time. We take some questions for further discussion when we facetime or see each other.

Customer support:
My problem got solved within 24 hours. Something went wrong as i purchased the app and i ended up paying twice. Maya at customer support could see this was not my intention and scheduled a refund. I got my answer within a day and the refund will be received within 10-15 days.

Changed for the worse

I normally Like the free app and what its come with, now you have changed it so i can’t answer my gf if i am 1 day late, normally you could. Please stop milking us more, it only ruins it for us.

First thing in the app is a paywall, we made a cool game based on the idea though. So at least it worked for that.
