SATUSEHAT Mobile merupakan transformasi serta pengembangan dari aplikasi PeduliLindungi yang akan menjadi gaya hidup baru masyarakat agar #TetapSEHAT dan #MakinSEHAT.

Melalui aplikasi ini, masyarakat akan mendapatkan layanan kesehatan terintegrasi sehingga tidak perlu membawa rekam medis saat berpindah fasyankes karena berobat jadi lebih satset (red: cepat dan gesit).

Verification code useless

Opening app- register. Verification code to be sent to phone/mail. Both of mine are supposed to be incorrect. Totally wrong- which makes the app useless. Also seen other reviews that app is useless to foreigners to upload COVID-19 documents.

In regards to non-Indonesia mobile phone number registration, kindly make sure that the phone number you are using is connected to WhatsApp as the verification code will be sent through it. Alternately, you can as well register for a PeduliLindungi account using your active email. We are constantly working to improve the performance of this application for a better user experience.

Not working very well

As a foreigner the app is useless. It seems impossible to have your foreign vaccines approved in the app no matter how you upload them.

Support is very fast to reply and are very polite but seems to be incapable of helping.

The English translation seems unprofessional - this coming from a person who is not a native English speaker.

Had this app been made in/for Singapore it would be working and in understandable English.

All of this does not matter anyway since no one ever checks the app except for airport personnel before checking in and immigration services in Indonesia. They check that you have the app not that you have your vaccines in there. Paper copies of you vaccine status - for me my European vaccine passport - works just as well.

For any foreigner this is a useless app..

The help is only in Indonesian

I have tried to add my number to the app so my Coronapas could be verified. But somehow I ain’t getting the 6-digit code neither on WhatsApp or direct at my phone number. I tried to find help within the app, but it is only in Indonesian… so great job helping foreigners and tourists….
