Accidentaly Paid for ‘1 week plan’

Honestly wanted to try the app on one pf my houseplants to see why it was sick. Accidentaly clicked through the opening screen and bough a so called 1 week subscription. What a scam, I thought I was just getting a 1 week free trial which then became a subscription.

The app works well, but don’t agree with the funneling of users to buy a subscription by default. Let us test the app first…

We do offer a free trial and encourage our users to start with it to test out the app and be sure they're satisfied with the functionality. They of course can manage the trial and the subscription at any moment and choose a subscription plan that suits their needs most :)
