Doesn’t work and no support
Paid for a key I can’t register. Doesn’t recognize my visa either so no from App payments. There is NO support available other than FAQ, that only tells me to do what is failing.
Warning - hidden blocking fees! Do not use this app
Just had an overnight charging session and to my surprise I was charged a blocking fee of 37 euros for blocking almost 6 hours.
My car was connected from 21:27 until 07:14 but the blocking started already after 4 hours of charging. Even though the charger only delivered 6kw so no one would have finished after 4 hours.
Chat support told me that blocking fees are shown with the price when selecting the charger. But it is hidden behind and you have to press the little “i” to get that information. Really bad support.
I will never use this app again.
