Qiktionary offers over 100 free rounds to play, but by upgrading to one of the subscription packages players have access to so much more:

“Free” game

Reinstalled recently, only to find that the game has gone from decent-ish to pure money grab. Replaying the “free” word packs now requires a subscription. Stay clear of this steaming pile of greed.

Loved the game until I paid for premium

I loved this game and played it with my husband and brothers. We took turns because of the 1 game limit. Then we went on a one month vacation together all of us and I decided it was time to pay for premium to get the most games in while on holiday. It worked great the first few days. I started games with all of my family and a few strangers. Then the trouble began - I had probably started too many games and bugs began to appear. Games without an opponent, a multiplayer screen that would not load and 5 letter games that morphed into 4-letter games. I wrote support for the first time when the multiplayer screen wouldn’t load for days. After a few days it started to work again - I never found out if support did anything. After a few days the error reappeared - wrote support and it started to work again and so it continued. My family started to complain that we actually played less since I payed for premium because of these errors. Then I downgraded. I just wanted the game to work again - but it didn’t. Keep saying I can’t start games because I have a game even though I can’t see any open games. There must be some old game hanging in the system. Wrote support months ago - nothing has changed. Now I don’t play the game anymore. In conclusion - If you like the game, don’t pay for premium. You will get to play less.
