Confusing download procedure

I had enormous difficulty navigating my way through the procedure to download my new card to be shown on my iphone.

Customer Service did not reply to my message, and there was no helpline available on the telephone. The latter is particularly needed in a case where a customer has paid for his card and needs to use it imminently to take a journey.

That’s the reason for my very lukewarm assessment.
