Not really useful

No way of defining the video quality that defaults to HD. No Bluetooth connection from Apple Watch, only network. App might be on sale, but still not worth it.

Not described that either you configure this app on your iPhone OR on your Apple Watch, both place are not possible at the same time. This app needs the accompanying app for the video recording, and maybe that is the limiting factor, but this setup really needs an update so I can select quality and use BT to connect.
