Great app after latest update

The Lumos app is a great piece of kit. I contacted Lumos because, I thought it would be a great idea, if you could ride with just the turn signals and no light. Lumos responded, that they agreed and were already working on this feature. It was included in the latest update, and I can now completely customize how the helmet light works. Great app. Really love it.

Bad app

This is really the worst app I ever used.😤

Filled with commercials - and a gliding screen.

Poorly programmed but updates do work

The app is needed for SW updates to the helmet and that is working. However this app is poorly programmed. You cannot really see clearly when the update is finished and the grimmer keeps blinking in sync mode unless you switch it off and on again . When getting into the ride menu you cannot escape from the create account dialogue - there is no cancel or go back button . So only solution is to create an account even if you don’t want to . After registering the screen of the app goes black - so you anyway have to close the app / restart . Great helmet but the app part is obviously not Lumos’ strength

Thanks for your feedback. We definitely hope to improve the user experience when you are doing FW updates. I am surprised that you can't cancel the creation of ride track account as we do include a back button.
