R.O.S.I. - the maintenance-free sensor for convenient moisture control in flat roofs
Comprehensively monitoring your flat roof using highly precise R.O.S.I. sensor technology enables non-destructive readout of the moisture values in the roof layer package at any time.
The maintenance-free and non-destructive monitoring system for flat roofs, R.O.S.I. (Read Out Sensor Information) determines the exact moisture value in the roof layer package.
Leak detection and flat roof monitoring using the R.O.S.I. System
With R.O.S.I. the SLD Group and its R&D partners have developed what is probably the most innovative sensor for the most reliable flat roof monitoring system on the market. Rely on precise measurement results using this unique technology and minimize the risk of water and structural damage.
The R.O.S.I. sensors are available free of charge when ordering the inspection services or the integrity test with the SLD Groupe in Europe. Be it for monitoring the construction phase, as proof of successful renovation work or for drawing up leak protocols to achieve greater resale value - there is much to be said for R.O.S.I.
With the R.O.S.I. system, our patented sensors are installed on the entire roof area according to a specified installation plan. Manual reading of the sensors is carried out with this app and as part of the SLD Group services, e.g. integrity test at the time of installation and as required or as part of maintenance cycles. This allows the moisture value in the roof package to be determined at any time, covering the entire area non-destructively.
Using the R.O.S.I. app will help you to analyze and store your read out sensor information data in the R.O.S.I. web dashboard.
