Not user friendly and less functions in the app than in Gudog. Unfortunately, I’ve stopped being a dog sitter as the app is too difficult to use. Same goes for my friend.

If you join this app to be a dog sitter: don’t!I’ve been a dog sitter for over a year on the app “Gudog” which was bought by Rover, and I will be stopping with my services, because Rover makes it so uncomfortable for dog sitters. They threaten dog sitter and put restrictions on us if you don’t respond quick enough. I went on holiday for a week and had marked my calendar as “unavailable” but still got a request, and when I got home they (Rover) had turned off my profile and send me several threatening emails, for not being active on the app while being on holiday. They also refused to give me my payment for a dog sitting that I had completed. It’s a shame that they don’t realise that us dog sitter are also important for their business. I enjoy taking care of dogs and have had many, very satisfied dog owners, so it’s unfortunate that an app can ruin the whole experience:(
