I will consider it a scam. You download the app and do not realiize tha you are charged appr. 6 usd weekly that is 312 usd a year.
The app did not work on my mac and I deleted it immediately.
Next day I received an invoice from app store for 39 dkk (appr. 6 usd) for a weeks usage.
I can see they offer quite a few other Sonos apps and believe they are charged the same way
