Salesbook PV is a dedicated application for companies dealing in the area of sale and assembly of photovoltaic installations. It allows you to manage the entire process – from collecting requirements, through offer configuration, to integration with the project management department.

The main functions of the application:

– Company presentation. Tell the story of your company. Build trust and gain customer attention.
– Needs analysis. Identify the client's needs, show him the changing photovoltaic market and the benefits of investing in solar panels.
– Collection of on site data. Collect data on the installation site. Describe them with the necessary parameters and forward them to the project management team.
– Offer calculation. Present the client with an offer tailored to his needs during the meeting.
– Send a summary. During the meeting, you can create and send to the client a summary of the meeting, including the contract.
– Sales management. Monitor sales meetings, analyze their quality and sales opportunities. Duplicate best practices.

Main application modules:

– App for the seller (tablet). The key part of the solution is an interactive sales application for communicating with the customer. The application helps to present an offer, collect installation data and sign a contract with the customer.

– Administrator panel. The panel available through the website used to manage the content and appearance of the Salesbook (CMS) application, the structure of the sales process, users, tablets and the security of the entire system and its configuration.
