Sarafu is a B2B app for merchants and traders looking for an alternative to the existing process of procuring goods. The app brings transparency and efficiency to informal supply chains. Our core value proposition for customers is based on four key factors:
Pricing - Informal suppliers don’t publish price lists. Sarafu does, its as simple as that. When you want to know the price you look it up on the app. And we try to make sure our prices are the lowest in the market.
Ordering - All ordering and payments are done digitally. This means that customers can place and monitor the status of their orders through their smartphone. No need to call or wait for someone to pick up the phone.
Transparency of Supply - All products in stock will be shown available on the app. No need to guess whether we do or do not have something. While some products sell out quickly, most products we carry remain in stock 99% of the time, so you can be sure to get what you need when you need it.
Free Delivery - We deliver free to our customers
In addition Sarafu will be adding additional functionality including access to credit and other services as we expand the app offerings and learn from the needs of our customers.
