Return booking well hidden

When entering App with a single trip booking in search fired, it is not obvious where to change to a roundtrip search. You have to push on the date to find that selection, but the button to select single or roundtrip immediately "scrolls out" of the screen and is not visible, unless you know that you have to scroll to top of page. Why is top of page not just visible always on start page?

En god ven har skubbet til mig længe: Du skal altså flyve med SAS. “Deres Business class er bare SÅ god!”

Godt så - det er jo en fin anbefaling, så jeg begynder at bearbejde min chef: “Jeg ved godt vi er storkunde hos Lufthansa men jeg vil altså enormt gerne prøve SAS. Og de er jo fra mit hjemland”.
Og tænk engang: Efter at have jævnligt argumenteret over for chefen i et par måneder, fik jeg SAS istedet.

HERLIGT!

Jeg går straks igang med at lære nye afgangstider, hente ny app osv.

SAS app lover guld og grønne skove. Jeg kan slet ikke vente med at komme i gang med læsestof, booking, check-in og alle de skønne ting jeg nu skal opleve med min nye SAS app.

Nå - på min Lufthansa app behøver jeg ikke at registrere og logge ind. Jeg taster bare mit flynummer og så holder appen mig opdateret. Men ok- SAS FORLANGER at jeg registrerer med fødselsdag, køn, nationalitet og hele baduljen. Fair nok. Jeg taster glad mine informationer, stadig i lykkelig forventning om læsestof og digitale lyksaligheder.

Nå - det var dog pudsigt, jeg fik min første fejlmelding inden jeg overhovedet nåede at registrere mig.

Så mit gode gamle password 1-2-3 er altså ikke længere godt nok (joke).

Så må jeg hellere nærlæse, så jeg kan følge SAS’s regler. Og jeg skal love for at der er regler her. Hold nu fast!

Kan man overholde disse fem regler, skulle sagen være klar og mit nye digitale SAS-univers vil åbnes for mig.

Men - det virker bare ikke. Indrømmet, jeg er ikke hård til de der passwords, men det lykkedes at få lavet et der overholder ALLE fem regler.

Jeg prøvet en række varianter af forskellige passwords (alle inden for de udstukne regler) men langsomt begynder den store forventningens glæde at sive ud af projektet.

Jeg kan godt mærke at SAS’s app og jeg ikke rigtigt fik cementeret venskabet. Det var bogstaveligt talt som om introduktionen kiksede.

SK996 boarder om ti minutter og jeg har nu fået luft for min skuffelse.

Nu mangler jeg kun én ting før affæren kan blive endelig afsluttet:
Tilbage til chefen i næste uge og bede om at komme tilbage til Lufthansa igen.

Efterskrift:
Som ung student havde jeg sommerjob i et stort møbelfirma. Jeg sad i reklamationen og lyttede til kunder der havde behov for at få luftet frustrationerne. Og jeg kan stadig sangen udenad, nu- en menneskealder senere:

“Vi er naturligvis kede af Deres oplevelse hos os. Vi bestræber os på den bedst mulige kundeoplevelse og vil konstant arbejde på at forbedre denne. Vi ønsker Dem en fortsat godt dag og ser frem til at betjene dem igen næste gang”

Det er svært at give fuldgyldig bedømmelse når jeg slet ikke kan få appen i brug. Så de fem stjerner er givet for et pænt udseende ikon.
Det må vel svare til at hotellet spørger om værelset var godt: “Nøglen virkede ikke”. Så hvad kan man sige der? “Pæn og ren elevator”.
