“Access denied”

One pays the subscription but the security system does not allow access. Money wasted. This has been going on since start of the year and it is just not ok.
But not a word from SA, and no voluntary offer to pay back the unusable subscription or offer to extend free of charge.
Communicate, solve the problem, compensate.
