Minor content fixes and updates.
Corrected issues that prevented specific feats from being selected.
Adjusted the rate at which notes are saved to prevent data loss.
Fixed an issue preventing certain notes from being edited.
Fixed an issue preventing note sections from updating after adding new notes or deleting blank ones.

Bugged

If you choose human - skilled heritage you cant select a skill. It shows but isnt clickable. IPhone 7 updated.
