Can it get any worse? Yes - install service max go
For many years I have been working as a field engineer. I have never ever tried a reporting tool as bad as this one.
Lots of information and data fields that is not needed is shown and nearly none of the data needed is shown in the splash screen or where it is needed - some data not accessible from the app at all - only from web interface.
Recommendations from me is to never ever use service max - it is simply unsuitable for fieldwork when there is small complexity in the reporting.
