How Shahen Mobile App works?

While you registering your “trucks on rent” business on Shahen, you will be required to add all your vehicle details such as vehicle number, size of the fleet, type of the fleet, etc.

STEP 1: Register your business at Shahen

Shahen Mobile App’s verification process begins when you register your business at Shahen. It is significant that you collect or note all the fleet details and business details beforehand.



Further, within 24 to 48 hours, Shahen authorities send you notification via App concerning whether your business has passed the verification or not. If it does, you can deliver all your trucks to Shahen and put them to work. 



STEP 2: Track your drivers’ progress on daily basis and assign new orders

Using Shahen App, you can check the following elements to figure out your drivers’ progress: 


How many trucks are out working?



How many orders assigned to your driver are accepted, rejected, or pending?

Current location of each truck and driver assigned to it. 

Each truck’s pick-up and drop-off location.

Each truck’s order value and driver’s commission.

Apart from this, the truck owner also gets complete authority of re-assigning the rejected orders to the drivers who are currently free or keep rejecting orders. 



STEP 3: At Shahen Mobile App, the truck owner can go to the history of orders and count in all the order values throughout the month or daily. Shahen provides uninterrupted access to each order’s details such as order value, driver’s commission, taxes, discounts, etc.
