Missing sine options

To whom it concerns .
I would like to have the subtitle option for every serial… and to change my payment method.. i am allready paying for each month,,, but would loke to pay for a whole year. Some times the app stops by it self or couldnt work/load. In samentime .. iam recomending the app. It’s Nice with no adds.

لماذا الاب معطلة اليوم كله لا استطيع تشغيلها ولا على السايت ولا يمكنني حتى التواصل معكم لاعرف السبب ؟؟ انا في اوروبا

Worse support ever

It is almost 2 days my account get problem to logging.
Calling, send mails and whats up support didn’t answer.
