I was going for the knife case and was actually doing fine so i started to do some offers for coins. I had completed a hard offer and should have gotten about 4500 coins but they never came. i have contacted support and spoken to some guy for half an hour and all i Got out of it was: we will contact offertoro about that problem. And let me guess nothings gonna happen. Btw the site gives u skins but only if u want to watch a ton of ads so they can make money of u. Let me guess this will never be answered

Hello, please keep in mind that all skins you get for FREE needs to be purchased by us with real money. We are not making you watch ads to make money of our you, but because we need that money to actually buy skins and be able to maintain the app (for example pay our employees) :) Please keep in mind that tasks are provided by advertisers. SkinApe makes no decisions regarding tasks and has no influence on advertisers. It's a part of our deal which you accepted while accepting the task. OfferToro isn't our company, we don't have any influence on what's going on there. As we told you, we contacted them about your problem, but we can't force them to do anything about it (since that's how our deal looks like). If you don't find it effective enough, you can try contacting them by yourself.
There’s both ups and downs of this app
I really enjoy this app normally, but with the latest update I haven’t got my rewards from one of the sites on the app. The ToroX site doesn’t pay out your prices - and it’s not even possible to send in a ‘missing reward’, the app keeps on telling me, that I need at least one image, even though I put 1-3 images in the claim. I’ve also tried to get in contact with them by email, but with no luck. It’s annoying to use time and energy and then not be rewarded. 👎🏻
When that’s said: on the other hand, the new “playtime” site on iPhone is very good and contains great offers - the only wish is for more new offers 😁

Hello! Our update has no influence on your rewards. Tasks are provided by advertisers, not SkinApe. If you have completed a task and didn't receive coins after 24 hours, please report this task in the "Earn" tab by clicking "Get help" (report it in the task report designated panel, not "other problem"). It's the most effective way to contact the advertiser regarding a specific task.
