Use flowkey instead
The app is okay in itself, but the service is not the best compared with others. I recently used the message to the support function and just after that they deleted the function. I also signed up for a whole year just by logging into my old account...crazy...bad app and service.

We're sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience with Skoove and our customer support.
There was a bug in an older version of Skoove which removed the in App chat window. This technical problem
has since been resolved.
Please update the Skoove App to its latest version and contact our support team about your subscription.
We will then investigate your account and subscription.
In case you no longer wish to use Skoove despite our technical support, we
will grant you a full refund of your subscription.

Uneven difficulty
The difficulty is extremely uneven, sometimes late in the course, you'll have to play much too easy music, and then on occasion it'll be way too hard. There's often elements that need explanation, but doesn't get any. Also, progress doesn't sync, but is stored only locally, which is really a hassle.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to write a review. There are different steps on the learning process in Skoove. In general, first you just listen to the song. Then you learn the notes by playing them one by one and this is where you get feedback telling you if the note or chord you just played is correct or not. In the third step you play along with Skoove.In addition to that, from time to time we may ask you to play certain notes, intervals or chords.
