smart EQ control brings electrifying mobility to your smartphone. In order to use the smart EQ control app, you need to register at smart connected Portal, specifying your vehicle with the aid of the vehicle identification number. Following verification of the link between user account and vehicle by an authorised dealer, you can activate the desired services on the smart portal. This provides access to numerous intelligent features. You can keep tabs on the current status of your vehicle and control many functions using your mobile device.

Requires iOS 11.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch.

Not working!

Have now tryed to connect in 2 weeks, I’m not impressed. Sorry!

We are the ones who should say sorry lone-m. Please let us have a look at this for you! Our Danish colleagues will be able to investigate what is causing the connection issues.
