Connection problem

I am following the steps in the app and also get the wifi name for the smart-me device on my app, but can’t get it to Connect.
My iPad is on the same wifi as the one selected for smart-me.
Now and then I Can see the connection advance to 1 and 2 green but then it stops.
Also some times the message wrong password appears never the less I have checked several times

Doesn’t seem to be working

Just bought a €210 smart-me module and this app seems to be the only way of configuring it. And it doesn’t seem to work! It won’t connect to the hotspot the module creates. Very frustrating!
