Check-in anywhere with the stratus-io: Remote Check-in application. Remote Check-in connects to your organization’s events and allows employees, students, contractors, and more to focus on their tasks while letting them check-in to meetings, training, off-site locations, and even emergencies.

stratus-io helps organizations manage workforce, school, and event check-in by tracking RFID smart badge data whether on-the-go or at stationary kiosks. stratus-io integrates with payroll software, learning management systems, access control systems, and database managers.

You can easily use stratus-io’s powerful time and attendance functionality to cover a wide range of applications, including:
Hours tracking/timeclock

Meeting and training session sign in
Ridership and benefits usage tracking

Roster management
Visitor management

Real-Time Validation
Improve access security by assigning your roster members to designated events on your calendar and verifying that only those members check-in to that event. For enhanced control, add photo identification and match each scanned badge back to the individual checking in.

Automatic Updates
With the stratus-io - Time and Attendance app, the data you collect is automatically synced to your account when connected to the internet. Get instant access to lists of members that have checked-in to an area in real-time and always have up-to-date reports on your workforce, school, or events. When an internet connection is not available, stratus-io continues to collect and store scans and will automatically update your data when returned to a network.


Customizable Features
stratus-io can be modified for different degrees of customization and control at both the organization and individual user levels. Administrators can manage what events users have access to, create custom backgrounds and messages for each user, and create custom, saved reports and subscribe to frequently used reports.

Advanced Reporting
With extensive search and filter options, you can create detailed reports with your collected data in order to gain insight into your organization. Track individuals or groups, narrow by date or time frame, view by location, and more. You can save reports you pull frequently and have them automatically send up-to-date data to your inbox on a daily, weekly, monthly, and even hourly basis.
