Subs Factory makes subtitling easier! It is a powerful utility designed to perform the creation, modification and resynchronization of subtitles efficiently. Featuring advanced functions, it allows you to do whatever you want with your subtitles.
It is designed for .srt files, but can also work with some other formats.

Back to being the Best
With the latest update, this app is back to being the best subtitle editor out there for Mac.
It's easy to use, intuitive and does exactly would you would expect of a subtitle editor.
There were a few issues in the earlier releases which really had me pulling my hair out, but the developer has fixed them all.
A big thanks goes out to the developer for listening to feedback and making the appropriate changes.

Mangler danske karaktere og er brugeruvenlig
Der er mange gode idéer men programmet er ikke slet ikke intuitivt at arbejde med.
Når man eksportere filen ryger de danske karaktere Æ,Ø og Å og andre specialtegn væk. Så når du skal importere filen på Facebook eller Youtube så skal du rette alle disse karaktere igen.
Andre lignede programmer har ikke dette problem.

Hello !
There should be no trouble with special characters at export. Did you select a compatible encoding in the menu when saving the exported file ? UTF-8 or ISO-8859-15 should work for all characters of danish language.

Efter lidt tilvænning er det et rigtig godt lille program. Anden software med samme funktionalitet koster betydelig mere. Jeg har brugt det til kinesisk undertekst (simplified chinese) og det fungerede godt.
