No support
After setting the app and lock box up and used a few times - as admin, with the admin password changed and confirmed in an account info e-mail - I suddenly can’t login to the app.
I wrote to the support on how to reset or find a workaround, but now 45 days later, I still haven’t received a response.
And can’t get access to my key in the lock box!
