Some backend changes to improve the booking experience

Very good experience

We ordered a car two hours before we had to leave knowing it was a bit risky doing last minute. After booking I got a text from them, saying they would arrive at our hotel half an hour after the time I booked. Luckily it was okay with us, so I called the service and confirmed the change. They were very helpful and we waited around 10 minutes for the van to come, but we made it on time and everything was good.

Easy, cheap, comfortable, serviceminded.

Highly recommendable!

For lang vente tid

Du er overladt til dig selv , når du skal finde bilen 😡 . Jeg ventede 1 time før der var en bil ledig og det var ikke den bil jeg havde bestilt . Jeg havde betalt extra så jeg kunne køre Diregte, betalte over 100💲. Måtte ringe 3 gange , første gang fik jeg at vide at jeg skulle ringe om 15 min.
Mega dårligt det gør jeg ikke igen 👎🏼
