The fundamental purpose of a taxi service is speed. You opt for a cab when you're pressed for time and can't afford to walk, wait for a bus, or utilize any other available public transportation option. That's the bottom line! While one could argue that taxis offer convenience and greater comfort compared to buses or trains, this convenience stems primarily from their speed. Therefore, if your taxi service is slow, it fails to meet the expected standard of service.

For instance, we needed to catch a train departing from the station, which was a 6-minute drive away. We booked a cab 20 minutes before our departure time. The app indicated that the cab would arrive in 7 minutes. So, even with a 6-minute journey, we should have had ample time to catch the train, right? Wrong! The cab took over 20 minutes to arrive and parked in a completely different location from where I had requested it. In essence, using this service or app is a waste of money and time. You're better off taking the bus.
