Slow and annoying customer service, bad app experience
When I switch to another app and the switch back to The Economis app, I restart at the front page, and it does not remember for me what article I was reading or how far I made it. So read the articles in one go, or prepare to be frustrated.
Having not had the paper version delivered to the mailbox, I found out that I have to contact support. There's no simple way to report it. After contacting support through the app, I have to confirm my identity by listing name, address and other Infos, before they will accept my complaint. The whole thing took something like 10-15 minutes, it should take around 10-15 seconds, which is what I'm used to from my local newspaper.
Closing my subscription was a Kafkan nightmare too, again only possible through talking to a person, who asks me how I'm doing today instead of getting my inquiry resolved. I then get an offer for half price before finally being able to close down my subscription. Again this took maybe 10-15 minutes.
The journalism is great, though.

Slow and laggy
Ridiculously slow and laggy interface. On iPhone12, it took me entire 3 mins from click opening the app to start playing the audio for the week’s issue.
