Hvis noget virker, så lad være med at fixe det!
Jeg hentede app'en, eftersom jeg ikke kunne få lov at købe billetter igennem den gamle app, man skal have den nye app.
For det første var den nye app super langsom i sin behandlingstid ved købet, så jeg flere gange troede den var frosset.
Og lige efter jeg endelig fik købt mine billetter og blev dirigeret tilbage til app'ens forside frøs den for alvor, og viste kun hvid skærm. Selvom jeg genstarter app'en, så starter den op i en frosset hvid skærm.
Ticketmaster: hvis noget virker, så lad være med at fixe det! Den gamle app fungerede smukt. Og skal man endelig skifte ud, så gennemtest det inden forbrugerne bliver tvunget til at hente app'en. Jeg må prøve nu at slette den nye, og geninstallere, forhåbentlig virker det, men jeg frygter at den vil crashe efter næste køb og skal geninstalleres efter hver gang. Få styr på det, og så for I nok bedre anmeldelser.
Og nu er det forsøgt, og nej! Den starter med hvid skærm fra forrige installation.

The worst service I have ever used.
I can’t even believe that ticketmaster is a real company with employees, profit margins and customers. Everything has been a nightmare from buying a ticket to the Toronto jays game to getting the tickets to actually using the tickets. Their service cannot accommodate foreign buyers. And I have to assume that many of their events attract people from other countries, so this lack of accommodation is nonsensical. For example, I was unable to buy tickets using a non-Canadian credit or debit card. Why? Just why? Another example, you need to download the app to get your tickets. The problem is that my all store is set to Denmark, and therefore I am unable to log into the Canadian ticketmaster account from the app. Since I bought the tickets on a laptop in Canada, this is apparently a problem and therefore there was no way to access my tickets. Thankfully I realized this before we made to trip to the stadium so I got someone else in our group to use their local phone. But this simply should not be and issue. I wish I could give negative 5 stars.
Betalt men ingen billet
Efter betaling med MobilePay frøs app’en og da jeg kom retur var der ingen billetter ej heller på e-mail. Så det eneste der virkede var min betaling på MobilePay :(
