Den virkede bedre før sidste Update

Dette er ( var ) en super app ide.
App’en fungerede faktisk rigtig godt indtil de sidste Updates.
Boostopladning kobler fra efter ca 15 min.
Opladning starter ikke i tide, opladning stopper for tidligt. Ikke hver gang men ofte nok til at man ikke kan stole på den.
Er kommet ud til en bil som burde være på 80% , men var kun på sikkerheds distancen ( 30%). Igen ikke hver gang men ofte nok til at det ligger i baghovedet.
Vender helt sikkert tilbage for at se om det er blevet bedre, men jeg venter nok et par måneder.
De 3 stjerner er fordi det er en super fed ide, men den er blevet dårligere med updates.

På et tidspunkt..
..Bliver det sikkert godt. Ideen er god, og appen er OK brugervenlig. Men eftersom der pt ikke er nogen mulighed for online kommunikation med bilen skal man manuelt indtaste SoC hver gang man parkerer bilen derhjemme og vil lade. Ellers kan trueenergy ikke beregne hvornår de skal starte/stoppe ladningen og hvor lang tid der skal lades. Man kan så få appen til at påminde en om at indtaste SoC når man kommer hjem, men det suger ens batteri tør på mobilen.. Og så længe “smartladning” kræver en manuel proces der skal huskes giver konceptet absolut ingen værdi.
Mere budget til udvikling, mindre til marketing.
Glæder mig til at vende tilbage til deres service når de får styr på at koble direkte op til bilen.
God ide men fungerer ikke optimalt
Starter godt ud specielt med boost funktionen. Men alt for mange udsving og fejl generelt de sidste 1-2 mnd. Nok til jeg ikke gider bruge det mere. Oplever også at bilen ikke er 100% opladet til når jeg skal bruge den. Håber I ser de her anmeldes igennem og får rettet hurtigst muligt.
