The Universe app is for those who want all the best tips and info - right in your pocket.
You can plan your day with digital queuing and avoid wasted time, experience the shows that suit you, order food and use the waiting time for fun.
Find your way around the park with the park map and see how much you need to straighten your back to try all the attractions.
You can also read a short description of all our amazing attractions - and how much your hairstyle will get out of the trip.
You can find your tickets and season pass in the app, and here you can also change your old photo to one where you look razor-sharp.

Mangler support for password mngr
Fungerer ikke med en password manager, som f. eks. 1password. Da man nu har mulighed for at gemme billetter i appen ville der være rart med mulighed for god sikkerhed også.
Forslag: Bestil mad i appen
Det kunne være smart hvis man kunne bestille og betale for mad i appen, så kunne man undgå at stå i kø og nøjes med at afhente maden når den var klar.
For svært at komme igang
Vi havde følgende problemer før vi kom til parken mens vi planlage vores besøg:
- Man kun oprette brugere på en’ telefon. Vi vil gerne have haft det på alle familiens tlf.
- Man kan ikke ændre navne, jeg fik skrevet det samme barn to gange.
- Man skal scanne en barcode på billetten. Det var noget med at åbne billetten på en telefon og scanne med den anden telefon
- Der er ikke feedback mulighed i appen eller support funktion
- Det virkelig svært at give feedback da alle Nick names er optaget
Der er super gode beskrivelser af diverse aktiveteter og det fungere altså top Nice
