God app men underteksterne fungere ikke når vi bruger app på ipad. Der er ikke problemer når vi bruger app på fjernsynet

Vi skal da have kigget på underteksterne, så vi måske kan sikre den sidste stjerne også! Hvis jeg kan lokke dig til at fange os på fx sociale medier, chat eller mail support@viaplay.dk med et notat om hvordan problemet med underteksterne er samt om det er på alt indhold eller noget bestemt, så skal vi meget gerne tage et kig på problemet.

Sæson 2 ser ikke ud til at være lige på trapperne, men det ville slet ikke være dårligt at se mere til Luna og co., så jeg sender straks dit ønske videre :-)

Apple-tv
Egentlig en super fin app, men dem fungerer ikke sammen med Apple-tv!! Melder fejl konstant - kom nu viaplay!!!

Dejligt at høre, at du er tilfreds med selve appen! Du skal dog også have fornøjelsen af Viaplay på dit Apple-TV, især da det er én af vores understøttede muligheder. Der kan være forskellige fejlkoder, som kræver lidt forskellig behandling - da en fejlkode kan indikere, at der er logget ind på den anden konto mens en anden kan sige noget helt andet.
Fælles for dem alle er, at det hjælper at genstarte ens router, logge ud og så ind af Viaplay samt tjekke for eventuelle opdateringer til enheden. Hvis dette ikke hjælper, så tøv endelig ikke med at kontakte os fx via Facebook siden, Viaplay Danmark. Så sidder vi nemlig klar hver dag mellem kl 10-23 til at få sparket lidt liv i dit Viaplay igen.
