• VIP membership is a subscription available for a period of 3, 6 or 12 months (autorenewable)
• VIP membership gives access to bonus features ingame
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase
• In case of subscription cancelation, the package will still be available until the end of the paid period

Rule application needs adjustment
A bit of finetuning is needed in regards to the application of the rules. Especially rule 14 &16.1 needs adjustment.
Bugs are never addressed.
As paying VIP members we are promised prioritized customer service, but it literally does not exist. Typical response time is 3 weeks or more. And response is always useless.

I really like this game but…
The button to start a challenge goes not work. I was in contact with the manufacturer and after the initial attempt to help it still doesn’t work. I simply can’t play but pay for their VIP subscription!
Not great!
Happy to rethink my rating when the game works again.
