Falsely charged for annual Subscription
They had charged me for yearly amount without me even asking for it. I tried the free trial and didn’t find a feature to suit me therefore cancelled. But they charged me 349 dkk which is a huge amount of money. I contact them but no one answers me. I don’t know how I will get my money back. I am extremely in a bad situation
