Jeg er lidt forbavset, at man skal sætte credit card ind for at få den rabat, når man inviterer en ven! Min ven har allerede downloadet appen, hvorfor skal credit kort information være der?
Ommer
Absolut ikke serviceorienteret. Det tager lang tid før ordren godkendes af butikken. Når man bestiller via appen bliver ens ordre prioriteret sidst (fortalte de mig). Hvad får jeg ud af at bestille via særlig app og være trofast kunde? Nedprioritering og dårlig service.
