It is functional, but it consumes a lot of memory

It is very useful with its notifications, but it consumes to many resources to be worth it. I prefer way more the web app.

Gordic knot to update it

The application as such works really fine, but the mandatory update is impossible. You are directed to the Appstore and then told, it is not available in the Danish Appstore?? Come on guys. You oght to have corrected this the last time round. Why can’t we update it from within like many other applications? I am depending on it on my laptop, so it is not just annoying.

Thanks for your report. If you have not done so already, please restart your computer and try again. If you are still experiencing errors with WhatsApp please uninstall and reinstall from the Mac App Store.
To uninstall WhatsApp from your computer open Finder>Click Applications>Find WhatsApp>Right-Click and select Move to Trash.

Doesn't work on new iMac ?

I just installed on a new iMac, early 2019.
I have laways used this app on my old iMac, but now nothing happens when I try to open the application. No error-message or anything, it just doesn't open.
Used a lot of time to solve it, unstall, restart etc, but no success ?
