Description
This free XProtect Mobile app gives you secure access to your Milestone video surveillance system anytime, anywhere from your smartphone or tablet. Available in 31 languages the application lets you conveniently view live video, play back and export recorded video, listen to audio and speak through the camera-connected speakers using the Push-To-Talk button. Compatible with XProtect Corporate, XProtect Expert, XProtect Professional+, XProtect Express+, XProtect Essential+, and the Milestone Husky NVR series. (For use with XProtect Express and Professional, please download the "XProtect® Mobile Express & Pro" app)
Additional product highlights:
• Document any event while it happens by streaming video and audio from your mobile device’s camera directly into the Milestone solution

En længe ventet app der virker 100% som den skal - som man kan forvente af Milestone :)
- Savner dog muligheden for at kunne sætte password på app'en, så alle ens anlæg/logins er beskyttet af ét app-password.
Crash
When i try to open it with my iPhone 7, and look at some recorded video, it crash. Its horrible.
Its cant be real...Milestone is the best client you can get, but this app is useless.

You have advised that “when you try to view recorded video, the app crashes” – we’re inclined to agree that this is indeed horrible, hence we’re very keen to get to the bottom of the issue. Milestone is constantly developing and working on improving our user’s experience, and we use all feedback constructively in order to achieve the best results.
Although you have listed your issue against the latest version, 11.3c of the app, please also confirm that you have upgraded your Mobile Server to 2017 R3 – this is independent of the core license version, hence your SLC will not be affected/ restrict your ability to update.
Also, could you advise if you receive any errors prior to the app crashing and or whether certain recordings trigger the crash?
In order for our Developers to receive live information on the app’s behavior and to enable the fastest and most effective resolution to any reported issues, please enable automatic logging on your device.
You can enable the logging feature from your device, via: Settings -> Privacy -> Analytics -> turn on Share iPhone Analytics and Share With App Developers.
N.B. Please also ensure that you are using iOS versions 9 or above.

App closes
When I want to open the app it closes immediately. I was able to configure the server, but afterwards I can’t open the app.

In regard to your feedback that “ the app closes immediately after opening”, noticed that your feedback is listed against 11.3b of the Milestone Mobile app- please update to the latest version, 11.3c, in which we have fixed many issues this version is designed to work most effectively with iOS 11, so please also update this accordingly (if applicable).
Please also ensure you are running Mobile Server to 2017 R3– this is independent of the core license, hence your XProtect version/ SLC will not be affected/ restrict your ability to update.
