YOGO represents 3-minute breaks inspired by yoga and meditation. Recorded over specifically composed music. The exercises are written by selected yoga teachers, and the music composed by professional musicians.
Breaks and conscious breathing provide us with more energy, we become more resilient, and we reduce stress risks. In the short term, YOGO prepares children for here-and-now tasks. In the long term, YOGO results in mentally resilient and adaptable children.

Vi er glade for denne app, når den virker. Er lidt træt af, at hver 2. Gang vi skal bruge den, virker den ikke, så vi kan ikke komme ind og høre dem som vi har betal 9 kr for at kunne høre. Dette er ret nyt, har haft den i over et år uden problemer, men de sidste par måneder har den være ustabil. Håber det er noget der vil blive lavet. For så er det nemlig en super app til at få min datter til at sove.
