Banned for no reason

I have been an very active member of Zleague since day one and I have made during that period of time collected 50.000+ coins and 2 dollars through daily gifts, tournaments and games from the app.
One day I received a mail saying that I have had suspicious activity therefore I was banned… I tried to reach out to Zleague to explain to me what I had done and if it was a mistake, but no response… can someone help me to please open my account again or tell me what suspicious activity I have done to be treated like this?

I played zleague for quite a few years, and won a small amount of cash. Now i want to cash out, but you are not allowed to do that. You have to insert at least 20$ to withdraw funds, even if your balance is below 20$.
