Svindel Jeg har på Zara Home appen bestilt og betalt for 3 produkter. Derefter modtog jeg en ordrebekræftese, så jeg troede alt var som det skulle være. Tiden gik og intet skete. Jeg kontaktede Zara Home på mail og fik et svar af en AI robot der ikke gav mening. Den bad mig sende det ordre nummer jeg lige havde sendt, samt flere oplysninger om produkterne? Herefter kontaktede jeg dem telefonisk og måtte slå over i engelsk for at kunne kommunikere med dem. Her blev jeg fortalt at mit ordre nummer ikke findes i deres system og jeg ikke kunne have bestilt på deres app? Jeg har stadig dokumentation liggende i ZARA Home appen, men ingen produkter og ingen hjælp fra ZARA Home. Hvor er det bare forfærdelig dårligt at handle online, når sikkerheden er helt væk.
If you’d like to visit a website… in an app
Not really sure why this needs to be an app, but maybe I’m missing something. Or maybe it is about my data…
Would be nice if I could use gestures to navigate. Having to hit a “close” button in the far end of my screen is a bit annoying, when I could just swipe back.
