Great but not perfect
Zotero on iPad is one of the best tools to collect and read papers. One problem that I find is that the pen width is so thick that it is hard to note anything readable in a reasonable size in the documents using the pen-function.

You can adjust the line thickness by tapping and holding on the pen tool. [Update: In 1.0.11, you can adjust the line thickness from the color popup.)
