Inside nurse will find the direct address of the patient to assure a timely and safe arrival to the patients home.

Patients can request needs for services in the home for nurses to respond directly and not thru an agency, allowing them to route the nurse for assurance that a nurse is coming to provide a service

Agencies can utilize the app to put out a mass messaging to PRN staff instead of physically calling and messaging individually.
