Description
舒尔特网格是世界上最简单、最有效、最科学的注意力训练方法。舒尔特网格不仅可以简单地测量注意力水平，而且是一种很好的注意力和快速阅读能力的训练方法，对培养注意力的集中、分布和控制能力、扩大视觉范围、加速视频、提高视觉稳定性、区分和定向搜索能力等都有很大的好处。为了避免传统的用同一个表反复生成内存的方法，我们开发了一套随机生成的模式，每次数字出现的顺序完全不同，真的可以锻炼你的两种能力。
