Description

What is ShowMe:
Through our patented technology, we make it possible for a person, no matter where, to help through natural human behaviour as pointing and gesturing on top of a live video stream from the person who needs help - like standing next to each other.

In short, we make people able to help each other over distance. Something we right now, due to the circumstances we all are in, have decided to offer for free for all non commercial use, as our little tribute to helping out.

The help given through ShowMe can be anything from mom showing what to keep and what not to keep in the garden while she sits comfortably at home, to the local plumbing guy who can help out with the heating systems functions while staying at his office.

It's as easy as making a phone call:
The person in need of help call another person (friend, colleague, family member, or who you know of) as the expert with ShowMe, points the camera towards the problem. The other person can, from wherever he or she is, point in front of the mobile camera and have the hand with gesturing being shown on top of the live video feed, to solve the problem, for a clear, easy, understandable way of explaining what to do, just like standing next to each other helping out.

For the tech interested:
ShowMe Technologies have developed the technology and algorithm of keying out a hand in an uncontrolled environment, of which you normally know of blue/green screens needed. This technology is used in the ShowMe application, but can, if suitable, be part of any other service out there, not only as its own stand alone application.
