「かわさき防災アプリ」では、地図上に洪水、土砂災害、津波、内水などの危険区域を示したハザードマップを確認できるほか、発令中の避難情報や避難所開設情報、避難所混雑状況を地図やリストでリアルタイムに確認できます。
【提供情報と主な機能】
・日本語の他、簡体字中国語、繁体字中国語、英語、韓国語に対応
・緊急情報の発生時には、プッシュ通知でお知らせ
・各種ハザードマップや防災マップを搭載（オフラインにも一部対応）
・高齢者等避難、避難指示、緊急安全確保等の避難情報をリアルタイムでお知らせ
・発令中の避難情報や避難所開設(混雑度)情報を地図で確認
・自由にコミュニティを作成し、家族や友達間で情報共有
