No estoy satisfecha
Le hablan mentira al cliente diciendo que no le cobrarán nada en los 7 días de prueba, más sin embargo me debitaron el dinero inmediatamente acepté probarla. Se supo que si tengo 7 días de pruebas y me repiten en innumerables ocaciones que no se iba a debitar nada de mi tarjeta hast el 16 de febrero, que me enviarían un recordatorio el día 14 para que estuviera al pendiente del pago, Y ME LO COBRAN INMEDIATAMENTE LE DOY A INICIAR PRUEBA🙄🙄🙄🙄 eso es deshonesto. Por lo tanto NO ESTOY SATISFECHA.

La condición para activar el período de prueba es la activación de una suscripción paga. Los términos de suscripción establecen explícitamente que los primeros 7 días son gratuitos, después de que finalice el período de prueba, se cobrará el pago. Puede cancelar su suscripción a la aplicación antes de que finalice el período de prueba. Si el usuario cancela la suscripción antes del final del período de prueba, no se debitarán fondos.
