Diwali is a Indian Hindu festival of lights celebrated every year. One of the most popular festivals of Hinduism, it spiritually signifies the victory of light over darkness, good over evil, knowledge over ignorance, and hope over despair. Its celebration includes millions of lights shining on housetops, outside doors and windows, around temples and other buildings in the communities and countries where it is observed.

In Diwali, preparation start before 1 months. Women start cleaning their house starting from kitchen or room or garden. After cleaning the decoration take place. Some home change the color, some add stickers, some change the floor.

Like House cleaning and decoration, family members goes for a shopping and purchase new cloths. Mostly in diwali men wear the Indain traditional clothes and women wear the Indian saree dressup.

Diwali, as known for a lighting, so people also do the lighting decoration at their home.

Before the diwali start, men and women do rangoli at the enterance of their home.
